How to find out the number of turns in kindergarten

You can track turn to kindergarten at any stage, the difference is only in what way you occupied this queue. In this article, two main methods will be considered: checking the queue through the State Service portal and on the hot portal number, if you do not have access to the Internet or your personal account.

To start checking the queue numbers, go to the official portal of the State Service: https://www.gosuslugi.ru.

In the site cap, find the "Catalog of Services" tab, click on it. Please note that when you hover on this tab, a list of services will unfold, you need to click on the name of the tab, and not to choose any service.

In the window that appears, the first item will be "family and children". Click on it by name section.

Scroll to the bottom and you will find the "record in kindergarten" window. Click on it once.

At this stage you need to choose a region or logged in the system. To log in, click on the "Personal Account" in the upper right corner of the site. If you want to choose a region, then click on the blue link in the middle of the screen "Specify the location".

Select any of the items "Determine Automatically" - if you are in your region at the moment. Please note the site will request from you permission to the geolocation request, accept this request and closes the window. Or find your own region yourself from the list.

Start entering the city and as soon as it appears in the drop-down list, select it. Next, click the Save button.

Among the three possible items in the section "Record to kindergarten" you need to choose the last: "Check the turn". Click on the blue link with the words, and not the triangle on the side.

Now you are in the window with all information about your queue in kindergarten. For information, simply scroll down the page. Do not forget to store a special code that I had to come to an email after you took a queue for kindergarten. It is by this code that you can track your number and place.

When you do not have access to the Internet or have any problems with the portal of the state service, but the queue you still occupied, then call the hot portal number: 8-800-100-70-10, or by a short number for mobile 115. Tell us About your problem for its speedy solution or name the operator special code from e-mail, for information about the number in the queue.

As soon as your child is enrolled in one of the kindergartens, you will receive notifications to the contact numbers and mail that were specified when applying.

If you have any problems with the number in the queue or failure in the system, refer to the hot portal number indicated above, as well as in the feedback form on the public service website. Click on the Help and Support tab in the site cap.

In the window that appears, click on the phrase "did not find an answer to your question?".

You will see a form for your question. Click on the "Assue Question" button, and the portal specialists will answer you during the day. Also on the right will be visible to current information on the hot rooms of the State Service.
