How to translate a child from one garden to another

There are situations where a kindergarten who visits your child will cease to arrange for any reason. Prepare the necessary documents (originals and preferably copies):

Based on your statement, the head of the kindergarten is published an order for the deduction, the treaty that you signed when enrolling in this garden is terminated. Do not forget to pick up a medical card and other child's document.

Now write to the new kindergarten application for receiving the child by transferring from another kindergarten. It also contains personal data of the child and parents. Contact this statement to a new kindergarten. With you, you also need to have a ticket (direction) in kindergarten, your passport, child medical card and other documents from the last kindergarten.
