How to delete a community in VKontakte

VKontakte users can easily create various thematic communities, but if you once need to delete the created group, a public page or an event, this can be done as follows.

Depending on what you want to delete - a group or a public page, the actions will be somewhat different. And also - only their administrator can delete the community.

To delete the group, you need to clear all the laid out information (photos, videos, posts on the wall), then delete community participants. To do this, click the Inscription "Community Management" in the group menu. In the window that opens, select the "Participants" tab. Opposite each photo there will be an inscription "Remove from the community", which must be pressed alternately. The last step is to remove the team leaders and administrator. After future exit from the group and update servers, the group will be removed.

Close the public page much easier. If the number of subscribers does not exceed 100 people, you can delete the page by depriving the administrators of all rights. Enter the page Management menu by clicking the left mouse button on the appropriate inscription under the Avatar group. Take the inscription "Assign the Administrator" and press it, remove the administrator rights from yourself and other managers. A warning window appears that these actions will lead to the page deletion.

In the event that the number of community participants is not too large, manually removing the removal process will not take much time. But what if there are several hundreds of hundreds, or even thousands? The "Delete Group" buttons or at least not the list of list. Exit - take advantage of special programs that automatically delete everything you need write, photos and participants. The minus is that most of these programs require the input of capping or replenishing the account for its disconnection.
