How to remove scratches from plastic

Each house has many things, hulls or details of which are made of plastic. Plastic parts are present in all cars, but what is far to walk - the cell of the mobile phone is also plastic. Ideally, the plastic must bounce a little and tighten the scratch. If it was possible to update the plastic part in this way, then it is impossible to touch the place of ex-scratch for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the melted plastic is polymerized - and the scratches will not be visible.
