Modern technologies offer two types of mouses for computers, including for laptops. These are wired and wireless, which have the same principle of operation. The difference in them is only that wireless is more mobile than wired.

Wired mouse connects to a laptop through any USB socket. To do this, connect the mouse wire with any convenient USB port. After that, the automatic installation of the mouse driver will begin and it will be possible to use it. If after installing the driver, the laser diode inside the mouse caught fire, but it does not work, it is recommended to restart the laptop.

The wireless mouse consists of two elements - mouse and similar to a USB transmitter USB flash drive, with which the mouse is associated with a laptop. Drivers are often already inside the transmitter itself, but there are often installation discs. The disk must be inserted into the drive and start the installation of the driver. A significant minus of this kind of mouse is that it works from the batteries that need to be charged or acquired new ones.
In case of problems of any kind of mouse, you can manually install the drivers or troubleshoots in the "Mouse" panel. The mouse in the laptop is a supplement to an existing touchpad and can work simultaneously with it.
