How to disable the Fn button on the laptop

How to disable the Fn button on the laptop

FN button paired with any multimedia key (F1, F2, F3 ... F12) performs different assignments: adjusts the sound, turns on, turns off Wi-Fi or the power source saving mode changes the screen brightness, etc. But often it happens that FN works wrong. Instead of letters, when using the keyboard, there are characters, or numbers, and this owner creates problems. Many ask how to turn off the FN key?

1
The first thing we spell to turn off this button is pressing two keys at the same time: Fn + Nut Lock. True, not on all laptops, this method is applicable, it happens that the function of the button is turned off by other key combinations - Fn and F11.

2
It did not work out and after this set of combinations? Then we turn off the Fn through the "BIOS". Reboot the device and click one of these buttons - F2, DEL or F10. What to select a key depends on the type of BIOS version on the laptop.

3
You can find out in the instruction, it happens that its name is written downstairs on the device screen. It must be remembered that one of these keys must be needed while the black screen on the laptop and the Windows program has not boosted. And when you entered the BIOS, the blue screen is displayed or gray with blue letters.

4
The navigation buttons (back, forward, up, down) go to the "System Configuration" tab, and click on the "Action Keys Mode" menu, "function key mode", using the "ENTER" button.

5
Then choose disable (disabled). Confirm the ENTER button and save the F10 key. After that, we expect the system boot. The FN button will be disabled.

If you want all the laptop keys well, you need to install only the "native versions" of programs for this device. But still, if necessary, disable the Fn button, you will make it after the data of the programmers' tips.

Article, I personally did not help! Laptop due to an input-output error does not start in general! And the FN crawling key is turned on with a machine, it is not included in the BIOS via Delete and all other SIS-keys are clogged with no needed trash with Fn-a. Not in BIOS go, it is not a debug mode not to start! Also, the fucking laptop does not include a USB keyboard.

It is necessary to eat a smaller fool behind the computer and more careful about it, and not fucking in the comment to yell about the fact that this article did not help and in general the computer is smooth. I don't need - give me, I set it up normally without psychos, a fucking computer and I will work perfectly for him. You said to you fucking that in Bios not only can be leaving the BIOS button, and the BIOS is everywhere, and you can get out of it !!! Always !!! Fool fucking

LUKA, you cheated by your trouble. You definitely talent a humorist writer. Here you just need to open the laptop, carefully remove the brilliant battery of the CR 2032 type (20 is a diameter) from the nest holder, moving the latch in it. It is 3 volts. And insert it Back after 1 hour. This is done to reset the BIOS settings. You can still navigate a tweezers (metallic) plus and minus in the nest to lose the reset. Better generally put a new battery. All do it when it is turned off and removed the battery pack from the compartment.
