The re-issuance process is completed by obtaining new documents in Rosreest. To the right to confirm documents, you need to attach an act, with the conclusion of the Commission on the assignment of a new status. To obtain it, you need to contact the authorized administrative body. As a rule, these questions are engaged in the Department of Urban Property, or MFC. To consider your object, you need to prepare the following documentation:

  • Statement, with a request to transfer non-residential real estate in the residential.
  • Original and copy of the passport of the copyright holder.
  • The right confirming documents for property is the original certificate or copy certified by the notary.
  • If redevelopment is planned - you need to provide a prepared project.
  • Conclusion of checking from SES inspectors, housing services and fire safety.
  • If the owner is a minor child, it will take permission from the guardianship authorities, a birth certificate and certificate of registration.

Depending on regional laws, additional information may be required - a compact plan in the form of graphics - schemes with an exact technical characteristic, an extract from those passport, an extract from EGRN.

After passing the documents to the authorized body, you must be issued by a receipt, with a list of adopted documents. According to the law, the timing of the expectation of the final decision should not exceed 45 calendar days. When contacting MFC, the period may increase by 7-10 business days.

After a meeting of the Housing Commission, the applicant should invite to receive an act by custom notification or a call. If you were answered by refusal - boldly appeal to the court. You can file a lawsuit no later than three months, from the moment of receipt of a negative answer.

When the translation is consistent, the owner must perform the repair of the room, according to the project presented. After that, you need to contact BTI and invite a reception office for a planning inspection. Within 10 days, employees should prepare a new act that will be a confirmation of the fact that all works are made and housing is ready to acquire residential status.
