What is a license

License is a document confirming the right to implement certain types of goods or provision of services. The current list of activities requiring licensing has more than 100 items. They traditionally include those in the implementation of which the damage to the health and safety of the consumer can be damaged. To obtain a license, you must contact the relevant state center in accordance with the Regulation on the licensing of the selected activity. You will need a standard package of documents confirming the technical ability to carry out these operations accordingly. For example, an enterprise that plans to provide construction services should have on the balance sheet or rent the necessary certified techniques and tools, as well as properly trained personnel. The package of documents provided usually include the following:

statement;
State registration data;
information on registration in the FNS bodies;
Financial statements for a certain period;
information on technical equipment with a list and indication of the cost of fixed assets;
information about employees, as well as their certificate of passing training in the specialty and safety technique.

A somewhat different order has licensing rights to use intellectual property. The owner provides the user with access rights on the basis of a license agreement. The legal relationship of the owner and the licensee are regulated by the "Law on the Licensing of Special Activities".
