How to make a fence from the professional flooring

The enclosing hedge is needed to protect the indental area from prying eyes and improve the appearance of the structure. Therefore, the happy owners of private real estate first do the fence. With independent work, the simplest in the processing, the installation is professional flooring. In a recent time, it was used for roofing, covering attachments, garages. Now the manufacturers have already strengthened its protective properties and gave a more colorful look, so professional flooring has become widespread use for the construction of the fence, wickets.

1
Starting from the rack of the gate, we make a markup to determine the place of installation of the fence and support pillars. From the gate set wooden pegs and stretch the rope.

We prepare the necessary materials and tools:

  • profiled sheets;
  • racks (pipes, logs, brick poles);
  • transverse lags (metal corner, square section);
  • electric welding;
  • cement, sand, gravel;
  • metal screws;
  • bolts, nuts;
  • screwdriver;
  • electric drill;
  • bulgarian with cutting circle;
  • paint for the processing of poles and lag.

2
Calculate the number of materials.

  1. Professional flooring is produced different sizes: 2.0 m, 3.0 m, 6.0 m, 12.0 m. Suppose, the distance between the columns will be 2 meters, then it is advisable to purchase sheets of 2 m. Calculate the perimeter of the site and divide it 2. The resulting number is the number of sheets. If the material is taken by large sizes, then it will be necessary to cut a professional flooring for arbitrary sheets.
  2. The size of the posts: the height of the fence + 70-100 cm (for mounting into the ground).
  3. The number of columns is determined based on the perimeter of the site. The distance between the columns should not exceed 2.5 m.
  4. Number of lag \u003d number of sheets * 2.

3
Metal pillars, lags cover paint to protect against corrosion. The top hole of the columns is closed with decorative elements or lids from any material so that moisture does not fall inside.

4
Starting from the gate rack, we pay off the distance between the racks. In this place there is a depth of at least 0.7 m. This is a rather laborious work, so it is better to use a manual brown. Then again, measure the distance to the next rack and also the couch to the pit. We do so all over the perimeter.

5
The installation of racks is carried out by the tampering of gravel and earth or concreting. The second way is more reliable and durable, so consider it. Preparing a thick solution for concreting: we take cement, sand, crushed stone in a 1: 3: 4 ratio and weeping water. Install a pillar and poured with a solution. To release the air, we stumble the bold concrete. Using a plumb or construction level, check the verticalness of the pillar. So that it does not shift during the frost, we put the retaining wooden struts. Leave to stick for 2-3 days.

6
The most acceptable option to fasten the lag is welding to the columns. But if you do not have electrical welding, you can fasten them with bolts. In the columns and lags we drill holes and connect two elements with a bolt and nut. The locations of the lag on the pillars should be at least 20 cm from the soil and the top edge.

7
We take ready-made sheets of professional flooring or grinding cut the desired length. We carry out a leaf with a leaf and creating it with self-draws to lags with a step of 150-200 mm. Each subsequent sheet is placed on one wave. The edges of the edges are very sharp, so we carry out work in gloves.

After the end of all works, check the strength of the fastening, the lack of damage to the sheet. Scratch places, wrens cover paint under the color of the professional flooring.
