Security in a private house depends not only on the reliability of the door lock or the quality of the signaling system, but also on the presence or absence of strong yard fence. To date, there is a huge number of ideas for creating a fence (including metallic). But the most popular among them, perhaps, fence from the metal professional leaf. Its cost is relatively low, and resistance to mechanical damage and color variety explicitly leaves many competitors behind. But is it possible to build a metal fence yourself? How to do everything right without specialists? Easily!

Since we have already decided on the type of metal fence, let's decide that we will be useful in the process of its creation. We recommend to prepare the following materials: supports (pipes with a diameter of 76 mm), lags (transverse partitions in the form of a profile of about 40x25 mm), sheets of professional flooring (ideal C-21, C-20, C-8, C-10), fasteners (that is, a dowel is at least 35 mm long).

Start the construction of the fence from the calculations and layout. Clearly define a place where the gate and the inlet wicket will be located. Stripping from this place, you can calculate the number of supports necessary and sheets. As in any other case, the material is recommended to be purchased with a margin.

Next, proceed to the markup of the site. That you mean you need to outline the places to install the supports. Please note: the fence line must be completely smooth, and the distance between the columns is 3 meters. Under each support, dig a hole with a depth of 1 to 1.5 meters and a diameter of 17 cm. This will be enough to provide a durable bumping of columns.

It is much easier to dig holes under support using electric or manual drill. Insert the pipes in the finished holes in the level, plucked by gravel on 20-25 minutes, fill with cement-sandy mortar and blend carefully. Supports in such a form should have to simultane at least three days, only then you can continue to work. Instructly insert the plug in the pipe from the rain.

Now you can start installing lag. Depending on the height of the fence, determine their number for one span. If the future fence is height up to 180 cm, there will be two partitions. If higher - it is better to fix three. For a solid and durable connection of horizontal and vertical metal parts, use welding.

When all preparatory work is completed, you can proceed to the main stage - installation of a professional flooring. It is better to connect the sheets of the mustache, strengthened them to the lags with self-drawing on metal every 50 cm. Thus, a stronger sheet behind the sheet, you will get a straight web of the fence.

Keep in mind when creating a fence from sheets of professional flooring without scratchs, it is practically not to do. In order to eliminate defects at the end, go back in advance by a pair of spray plates of automotive paint. So, noticing an unnecessary scratch, you can easily paint it without leaving any trace.
The installation of metal fences is absolutely simple and primitive, the processes of the same type, materials are similar. Therefore, it does not matter which of the species you choose, the principle of operation will not change dramatically: supports, lags, canvas, fastening.
