In most cases, in the small business sector, there is no need to create a legal entity, you can manage the status of an individual entrepreneur. If it's still decided to create a legal entity, think what kind of organizational and legal form you are more suitable for: ooo (limited liability company), OJSC (Open Joint-Stock Company), CJSC (Closed Joint-Stock Company). There are other forms, but they are much less common. It is easier and more convenient to create LLC: in this case, the founders will be responsible within the personal share in the authorized capital. In addition, when registering LLC, the time spent on the design of all documents is significantly reduced. Now it remains to choose the tax system. There is a common, simplified system, a single tax on imputed income (provided for individual activities). With the general system, the company will pay all fees, taxes stipulated by law (local, regional, federal). The simplified system provides for payment of a single tax instead of a list of other taxes (VAT, sales tax, income tax, single social tax, property tax). The simplified system is two types: 6% of income; 15% of income reduced by the amount of expenses.

When everything is thought out and provided, you can proceed to active actions. To register a company, you will have to visit the local tax service department and go through the registration procedure. Prepare the following package of documents in advance (for example, LLC):
statement (form R-110001 sample);
two instances of the charter, its certified copy;
decision on the creation of LLC (original);
application for discharge from the register;
act on the transition of property in the authorized capital of the enterprise;
receipt of payment of state duty.
