How to register a non-commercial organization

Non-profit organizations are created in order to fulfill social functions. These include any associations whose goal is not to receive profits: Charitable Funds, Environmental Protection Organizations, Private Companies and Other Associations. Official registration makes it possible to act more efficiently and open a bill account in the donation bank.

1
First you need to decide on the name of NGOs and designate the main objectives and tasks of creating. To open a current account, a non-profit organization must be registered at the legal address. To do this, it is necessary to find the premises and agree with the landlord.

2
The next stage is the preparation of constituent documents. Since registration is carried out in the Ministry of Justice, it is serious to create a charter: it can be wrapped even because of the incorrect name. Decide the organizational and legal form of NGOs and the composition of the participants.

3
Spend a general meeting of founders. It must be configured. It will be necessary to approve the following:

  • Charter of a non-profit organization.
  • The composition of the executive bodies.
  • The person who will be responsible for registration.

4
Prepare documents:

  • Application for registration in form n P11001. It must be filled in two copies, one of which must be assured by a notary.
  • Original statute and other constituent documents.
  • Minutes of the meeting of founders confirming the decision to create an NGO.
  • Document confirming the location. This may be a lease agreement or property certificate.
  • Receipt of payment of state duty.

5
Documents must be transferred to the Ministry of Justice. The list of territorial bodies can be viewed on the site www.gosuslugi.ru.. In some cases, additional documents must be provided. The details can be clarified by reading the 129-FZ law. The transfer of documents can be carried out both in person and by mail. When receiving documents, a receipt is issued.

6
The registration decision is made within 10 business days after receiving a set of documents provided that they are issued correctly. After that, the information is transmitted to the appropriate tax authority for the introduction of the NGO to the EGRUL. It takes 5 days. After receiving the answer from the EGRULT, the Ministry of Justice for 3 days gives a certificate confirming the registration of NPOs.

Registration of a non-profit organization is a laborious process. Check out the legislative base and, if possible, consult from a specialist to avoid errors in the formation of a set of documents and filling out the application.
