Virtual disk is a fairly useful development of programmers. You can install the operating system, you can compress it, expand, transfer to another computer. Create a virtual disk on Windows 7 simply, if you step by step to follow the instructions.

Click on the "Start", in the search strip, type "Computer Management", press ENTER.

In the menu on the right, select "Disk Management", in the top menu we press on the "Actions", then "Create a Virtual Hard Disk".

In the flowing window, click on the "review" and look at what disk is more free space. In our case, this is a C. C. Assign the name by a virtual disk, for example, Virt, and drive it into the "File Name" field, click Enter. We highlight the amount of memory for the virtual disk: you can fixed (we will have 4 GB), and you can dynamic expanding. Click OK.

For a while, a new disc is created with the allocated memory.

Initialize the disk by clicking the right mouse button on the created disk and selecting the appropriate item from the pop-up list. In the broken window, leave everything by default and click OK.

Now on this disk, we create a simple volume by clicking on it with the right mouse button and selecting this item. A wizard will open a new volume. At each stage, click "Next", agreeing with the specified settings.

We have already created a virtual disk, now we can make it active, squeeze, expand and format.
When you open the "My Computer" directory, a new, named selected letter, which can be changed, will appear among other disks. You can use this disk in the same way as others.
