How to create PDF from another file

How to create PDF using a program
In the aforementioned case, a program called “pdfcreator” will help us. Using this program, we can create a PDF file from almost any document. The fact is that PDFCreator works as follows: after installing it, we will create a printer. This will not be a real, not a physical printer, but the so -called virtual.
If we go to the Start menu and select the “Device and Printers” tab, then our virtual printer will appear in the list of connected devices. When displaying the document for printing, the program will give the computer the ability to convert any file into a PDF format.
It is necessary to make the following:
- First you need to download this program. To do this, follow the
link And click on the tab called “Download”. The program takes about 28 MB. To install the program click on the downloaded file, agree with all the conditions and follow the instructions. You probably have already recorded any programs, so this will not be difficult. The program has a Russian interface that can be selected by default. - Let's go to the program in which we worked. In this case, this is Word, but any other program with the print function can be it.
- Press the file on the tab and select “Print”.
- Here, in the Printer menu, we will need to choose our PDFCREATOR virtual printer. If you even have a physical printer, in addition to it, the name of our virtual machine will be displayed in the list of printers.
- After that, press the “Print” button. In this case, the PDFCreator program will start, which in the background converts our document to the PDF format.
- After clicking on the “print”, the window of the program appears. In it you will need to choose the name of the future file. By default, the same name is indicated as the main document. Next, we can select the “Open File after Save” and “Edit this file using PDFARCHITECT” (a program that was installed with a virtual printer). Click on “Save”.
- After that, the window will come out, which offers us to choose a folder into which we want to save the file. Choose the right one and click on “Save”.
- The process of turning the file from Word to PDF begins. In exactly the same way, converting from any other program occurs. It can be AutoCAD and CoralDRAW and indeed any other program.
