Prepare the old muffler, which will perform a frame for the new. It can be cut in the middle or leave only the final parts.

Pick over several metal pipes with different diameters. External pipes must coincide with the diameter of the incoming and outgoing pipe of the silencer, and the internal - to be several times less.

In the inner pipes, with a drill, a large number of holes located at the same distance from each other are needed. A finished inner tube wrap a special mineral wool that will suppress the sound. Her distinctive feature is that it does not heat up and does not ignite.

The last stage is the assembly of all prepared parts. If you decide to leave the frame of the old muffler and cut it in the middle, then insert the internal pipe deployed in the wool. Then fill out the empty space by the same mineral wool until it stops. And after connecting two halves of the silencer frame with a welding machine.

If only the final parts of the silencer remained, then do the same procedure using a new external pipe that coincides with the finite parts of the old muffler as a frame.
