When creating a bumper, we will need a foam and mounting foam. Therefore, we take into account their physical qualities. Cut the excess foam with a sharp knife and give the future mold to the future bumper. This stage is the most painting, because it is necessary to take into account the symmetry and all the gaps. Open areas of foam plane are coated with technical plasticine or putty (better in several layers). All rough places are processed by small skirt.

On the bumper we apply several layers of polyester resin and fiberglass to impart the strength of the structure. We leave until complete graze. Then the bumper is then primed. Install the grids into air holes.
