Often users of the common game service "Steam" face such a problem as an English-speaking program design. Not every user will be able to independently change the language of the STEAM interface. If you follow strictly according to the instructions, you will not change the language.

In order to get into the service settings, run the program. Enter the previously registered login and password.

Open the "Steam" tab, then "Settings" and select "Interface".

Literally immediately before you will appear a line with the default English. Click on this string with the left mouse button, select "Russian" from the list of languages.

After completing the changes in the settings, click the "OK" button below the program. Next, the computer will prompt you to restart the program "Stream".

Wait for the STEAM service full restart, after which you will notice that the interface has become completely in Russian, and you can continue using the program.
