How to get a migrant certificate

social group;

The status of the migrant declares the person himself, his family. To get a certificate of a migrant, you should write a petition to the Territorial Office Federal Migration Service (in Russia at the border, at the bandwidth). The petition must be filled with blue (black) handle; Registration language - Russian. The petition must be submitted in the presence of all the persons meaning in it. The applicant is necessarily subjected to a fingerprint procedure, it is photographed.

The petition filed in Russia is considered for 5 working days. If a person who submitted a statement is beyond the country, this term increases to 1 month. If a positive decision has been made, a person gives a migrant certificate (on receipt). Certificate of persons under 18 years of age contribute to the certificate of any parent (guardian).

Failure to assign the status of a migrant can provoke:

untimely appeal (more than 12 months after leaving the past place of residence);
providing fake documents, incorrect or knowingly false data;
information that the applicant has committed a grave crime;
resettlement due to hunger, epidemics, other economic factors.

If the immigrants did not work out for good reasons, its status can be extended for a year. For this family members over 18 years old must apply for extension until the expiration of the current status. Need to be provided:

application for renewal;
migrant certificate;
hill hiring agreement;
passport;
certificate of lack of property in the property at the place of registration;
any documents proving that a person could not get a new place.
