How to get an electronic signature

Gradually, paper document proof is displaced by electronic. This puts the problem of receiving electronic digital signature to users (EDS). If you follow the instructions and get the EDS, the procedure for registration of documentation, the reinforce of each document of the personal signature will be much easier, but the information will be more protected. Contact your selected UC for certificate, specify which documents are needed to obtain the EDS. Each such center has its own customer service rules and their list of documents required for the design of the EDS. To avoid misunderstandings, delays in obtaining a signature, do not forget to warn the employee in advance if they decided to arrange not one signature, but at once several. For example, you need a certificate of the head of the organization and financial director. Specify the type of certificate.

According to the center provided, the list prepare the entire package of documents for the receipt of EDS. If you decide to change the certification authority, remember that the list of documents is not regulated by law and in another center you may require documents in accordance with the rules operating in the UC. A set of documents about this: the original and a certified copy of the passport is for an individual, a copy of the Charter of the Organization and the order for the appointment of the manager (certified by the Organization) for a legal entity. We also need a document on payment of the services of obtaining EDS.

The entire set of documents and statement personally in the UC. It is possible to remotely send documents in electronic form if the rules of the center admit it. Be sure to save on the computer scanned copies of documents. Checking the set of documents and registration of the signature, if the documents are in order, takes no more than one hour. Get the entire kit in the office for self-creating EDS. This kit includes:

  • Open and closed keys recorded on a diskette or flash drive if you store it on an external medium (looks like a USB keychain). Some CCs offer to save the key on their secure server. In this case, it is necessary to establish additional protection of the key from hacking in the form: SMS message with a disposable password on your mobile or permanent IDU code.
  • Public key on paper (UCP).
  • Distribution of a Cryptoprovider type program that will perform cryptographic operations. It works under Windows OS control. It is given for one workplace.
  • License for issued distributional software.

For the design of the electronic signature, try to seek this service in the UC, working with all organizations practicing the use of EDS. This center should be included in a single network of certifying centers of organizations with which you will be related to document flow. This will give confidence that all software and equipment involved in the processing of signature is certified and accredited in the Ministry of Public Communications of the Russian Federation.
