How to configure sound in the car

Before buying audio devices in the car, it is necessary to clearly imagine how the audio system will look as a whole. To buy a little and install the necessary equipment, you need to configure it and correctly.

1
The usual sound setup system is a system that plays from the radio. Another group of settings - systems playing from individual amplifiers.

2
When the radio is installed and connected, you need to turn on any track, add the volume until the sound appears, similar to "wheezing", after which you should drop the volume, adjust the upper and lower frequencies. Then follows the Magnitolets menu to find the level of frontal and back acoustics (phase and balance) and configure time delays. If the sound is directed only to the driver, then rear acoustics should be on the pitch, and the sound - proceed only from the front speakers. Back It is not necessary to put component acoustics, because Rear speakers will replay the front. In the absence of a crossover should be done on the phase more.

3
The sound is correct if the main sound goes from the front speakers, and the rear - are used exclusively for the podter. The balance on the right column must be + 10-15%. Due to this, the feeling will not be created that the left speaker plays stronger. The balance is set correctly when the effect occurs, as if the sound comes from the windshield, and not from the speakers.

4
Configuring sound with power amplifier has its own features. To begin, it is necessary to balance the levels of the radio and amplifier signal. You need to bring down the settings, the power level should be at minimum sensitivity. Add sound to "wipe", then reduce the volume. In the amplifier, increase the power level until the "scot" in the speakers, to reduce power.

5
Each amplifier has low and upper frequency filters. To avoid hitting the low frequency speaker, the High Pass filter is used. In the amplifiers with the subwoofer there is a LOW PASS filter that does not allow high frequencies that are higher than installed, reproduced by the speakers. If you turn off both filters, good sound will not work.

Any acoustics need time to "be developed." For speakers you need 1-1.5 months, and for a subwoofer - about 2-6 months.
