Parquet board - not the cheap stuff, we even had to take a loan for repairs, but it will serve you for a longer period. If the material is to buy an apartment and larger animals have not, and the laminate can be used safely (but not in the kitchen area! There may best to lay the tiles, because a high probability of moisture).
