Geopolitics

Cyprus is one of the most populated Islands of the Mediterranean. Historically, it happened that its territory was divided between several states. National visa

As a rule, this document is drawn up for tourist, business and guest purposes. It can be done through his tourist agent or independently, by contacting the Embassy of Cyprus in Russia. In any case, you will need this documentation package:

• the original and a copy of the passport (amount of extradition for more than 3 months ago and at least one pure page);
• filled out of the application form for departure (it can be prepared in advance or arrange in place);
• passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (copy);
• two color photos of the size "3 to 4";
• a document confirming the hotel's booking on the territory of the island (with travel agent or official intermediary);
• a copy of a notarized letter with information about taking responsibility for the tourist (for guest permits);

Registration of such permission for Russians is free. Persons with other citizenship will have to pay the consular fee of 20 euros. As a rule, receiving a visa takes 1-2 days. However, the "hot season" process can delay the week.
