Providing certain services to his subscribers, Provider Rostelecom introduces customers to the subscriber base. At the same time, each of them is assigned a unique number - a personal account, which is an identifier of the subscriber. This number is a combination of 14 digits and is a personal account of the client of Rostelecom. The number may be required both when servicing the subscriber, and during the payment of the provider's services. How to find out this numerical sequence?

Studying a service contract

The easiest and fastest way to clarify the required number is to appeal to the contract for the provision of Rostelecom services. This document is issued to each subscriber of the provider without fail.

  • Find the contract for the provision of services and carefully study it.
  • Look for the line “The personal account of the subscriber” (“l/s”).
  • The numbers in this line will be the desired number.

Do not confuse the number of the service contract with the number of Rostelecom personal account number. These numerical combinations may coincide and may differ.

An alternative carrier containing the number of Rostelecom’s personal account may be a receipt to pay for the services of a provider. This document may be sent by mail or arrive on an electronic mailbox. The claim in this case is indicated directly below the company logo, as well as in the text of the receipt.

Transition to personal account

If you could not find an agreement or other carrier indicating the personal account, go to your personal account on the Rostelecom website.

  • Go to the provider’s website (lk.rt.ru/#login).
  • Pass authorization in the system. If you are not yet registered on the Rostelecom portal, click the “Create a Unified Personal Account” key and register. Confirmation of registration occurs through e -mail.
  • In the Internet Cabinet, click the “My Services” tab.
