How to make the room non-residential

Any room that was used as a dwelling can be turned into a non-residential, applying the Code and legislation on urban planning activities. All documents are allowed to submit electronically. They are considered for forty five days. The beginning of the term is supported by the receipt of documents. To transfer an object to a non-residential fund, it is necessary to adhere to some rules and collect a number of papers.

1
First of all, you must comply with all the requirements of the law and apply as a request to the premises of non-residential status. All right-ending documents must be originals or copies certified by the notary.

2
The room must necessarily be provided with access - one or more - according to the technical requirement of using the object. It is also necessary to submit a plan and all technical descriptions, including a technical passport, and if the house has a multi-storey, it seems a plan to the entire object.

3
The room in the house where there is a lot of apartments, translates into a non-residential, if on the first floor, it happens that the first, and the second floor simultaneously assigns another status. It is impossible to translate if the house is in social use.

4
It is necessary to submit a decorated plan or draft redevelopment of the entire premises and ensuring it by all communications. The object should be used for the purpose specified in translation, and no other obligations are allowed. It will also have to submit paper on the right to real estate registered in the Unified State Register, usually those who deal with this issue themselves request this document.

Local bodies that translate placing from residential to non-residential, do not have the right to request other, more complex documents from the applicant. As soon as paper is issued on transferring the room to another status, it can be used according to the plan represented, and the object will already be non-residential.
