Increase the permeability and maneuverability of all-terrain vehicles by installing improved wheels of our own manufacture. For this, the following materials will be required: car disc, new car chamber, old car chamber, cut along, bolts, rubber with thread cord, metal tubes, thin iron sheet.

In the circumference on both sides of the automotive disk to weld metal tubes. Attached to the tube disk to cook with each other with similar tubes of the appropriate size. Thus, one-piece structures from metal parts should be obtained along the contour inside the disk. This will give the wheel the necessary strength.

From the inside the reinforced disk is a strip of thin metal. By the external contour, weld the metal tube, closed in the form of a circle. Install the part with a hole for fastening the wheel to the axis of the all-terrain vehicle. Carefully pollute the obtained workpiece so that the chamber of the wheel is not damaged about sharp fragments remaining after welding.

Top covers the disc of the old chamber cut along. It will protect the main chamber from excessive friction about metal parts of the wheel. From rubber with cord from threads to cut jumpers. Their size should be sufficient for scrolling the wheel across. Attach jumpers on one side of the disk with large bolts.

Tighten the camera to the disk. In the center of the chamber, lay a strip from rubber with a thread cord. Secure the free ends of the jumpers on the other side of the disk.

Install ready-made wheels for all-terrain vehicles.
Wheels, reinforced and collected taking into account the recommendations, will provide high vehicle permeability in the most difficult conditions.
