How to use transportation

Even at school, each person came across such a thing as the transport. But, unfortunately, not everyone, both at school time, and at the older age, knows how to use it properly. This instruction will teach each right to use this subject.

Let's start, perhaps, with what is such a transport. Transportation is a tool for measuring the degree of corners. Most often, such a tool has a semicircular shape. But there are exceptions, namely, the vehicles that have a completely round shape (360 degrees).

How to use the transporter

• For a start, it is necessary to understand what this tool is. He is a semicircular subject (as already mentioned above, maybe round) with a small hole in the middle, which is called a reference point. It is the last (point of reference) to be combined with a triangle vertex.

• The central point (reference point) must be combined with the top of the corner that must be measured. The vehicle must be fixed at this location using the handle, a pencil or any other item. After that, it must be turned it in such a way that one of the sides of the angle coincided with the base of the transportation (the semicircle with a degree scale should look up).
• Now it is necessary to see what number on the semicircle indicates the second side of the angle (it must cross the device's semicircle). It is necessary to see what number this line passes.
• If the line cannot be extended (it still does not reach the semicircle of the transport), you should take a piece of paper or a ruler and combine it with that side that does not reach the semicircle. In this case, the ruler must "extend" the second side of the angle to the intersection with the semicircle to which degrees are indicated.

How to draw angle with the help of transport

• First you need to draw a line with the help of transport. Such a line will be basic. It is through it that you will navigate to draw the second. For better convenience, it needs to be located horizontally.
• On this line it is necessary to mark the point that will be the top of your angle. Such a point must be combined with a point of reference on the transport.
• Next, you must combine the basic line of the angle with the base of the transport. After that, you should look at the semiconductivity of the transport train and select the desired degree. On paper, draw a point next to this value. To such a point it will be necessary to spend the second line from the top of the angle.
• After that, you can safely postpone the transportation to the side.
• Now you need to take a ruler and connect the top of the angle and the point that has already been drawn near the degree you need.
