Since 2013, the process of renewaling cars in Ukraine is somewhat simplified. Prior to that, it was impossible to remove its vehicle without providing a protocol on its examination. In the traffic police, the new owner of the car immediately issues a permanent certificate of registration under any circumstances preceding its acquisition.
