How to arrange a gift for the car

Arrange the documents for a presented car or transfer it to free use is quite simple. However, here there are subtleties and nuances. How to make a deal and what to pay attention to?

This item is really important, since under the laws of the Russian Federation, all obligations after signing the contract become obligations of being gifted, and the presence of defects should be specified in the Darment Treaty.

Make up and sign the donation contract. You can make a notarial, you can write on paper. The law also admits a simple verbal agreement. Registration of the contract without the participation of the notary is allowed to be allowed that none of the parties of the transaction is a legal entity, and the cost of the car does not exceed 10 minimum wages.
