The process of manufacturing tires from the preparation of raw materials begins. The number of special rubber mixtures in each tire is approximately 80%, the remaining 20% \u200b\u200bare other raw materials ingredients that promote the construction of the tire design. The main components of the quality tire: natural rubber, obtained in the process of rubber processing, technical carbon (it is also soot) and resin or oil, the main function of which is mitigating the rubber mixture. The next stage of the technological process of manufacturing tires is the manufacture of rubber mixtures and components. On the so-called stage of the mixing, the prepared raw material is mixed and warm up to a temperature of + 120 ° C. For each part of the tire there is a composition of rubber mixtures. So, the "recipe" of the mixture for summer tires of the passenger car is significantly different from the rubber composition for winter tires. By the way, the automation of the process eliminates the ability to confuse anything. These rubber mixtures are also used in the process of circulating components to which side rings, steel bracket, tissue cord. In the process of manufacturing the tires, about 20-30 components are used, the main functionality of which is the strengthening of the design of the future tire.

Next follows a scrupulous stage of the tire assembly. From the desired ingredients, the process operator manufactures the billet (it is also called "raw bus") on special assembly equipment. On one of the drums, the machine collected a carcass of the tires, on the other - the bracket package (it is also called the "belt of gravity" - this is the steel cord belts, placed between the tread and the tire frame, which are fitted with the last circumference). Then the collected frame give the desired form of a profile of the future tire, after which, with the help of a moving mechanism, a man was applied to it. Then the carcass of the tire and the package of the steel bracket is pressed to each other. As a result, they get the refusal tire mentioned above, ready for the vulcanization process.

After that, they begin to the finishing stage of the technical process - vulcanization. The billets of future tires vulcanize as follows: the diaphragm of the vulcanizing machine with the help of steam under high pressure is expanding and presses the crude tire to the surface of the metal mold. So the tread pattern appears. By the way, it is at this stage that holes are made under the spikes on winter tires. Due to the chemical reaction, the rubber becomes plastic and durable, and after a few minutes the finished tire "pops up" from the installation.

It should be noted that each bus passes a rigid quality check. It is carefully viewed and tested on special check equipment. Visual control is carried out in order to sample tires with external defects, and on the machine the correctness of the geometry, radial beating, shape and mass of the tire are tested. After a thorough check, the tire is tested, and only after that apply marking with data about the model.
