Do not do without such standard partitions of the contract as "Responsibility of the Parties", "Force Major Situations", "Dispute Resolution". At the discretion of the parties, additional conditions specified in advance may be added to the document. The main thing is that this does not reread the conditions of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

A certification document of the object;
Schedule of payments;
Additional agreement.
