The Russian legislative framework does not have the concept of "civil marriage". Therefore, it is impossible to consider this type of relationship from a legal point of view.
If a man and a woman live in the same room and conduct a common household, but officially do not register a marriage, then this relationship can be called as you like. It can be “free relations”, “not registered marriage”, “cohabitation” or a more familiar ear - “civil marriage”. At the same time, a couple does not have any legal legal obligations to each other. In such a marriage, intimate, economic and property relations are built only on trust in each other.
- Rapid conclusion and termination of the Union (gathered and arrived);
- Lack of long -term red tape with documents that are present in the preparation and registration of official marriage;
- The ability to check each other for compatibility.
Entering civil relations, a man and a woman endanger themselves, in the sense of lack of family legal assistance from the state. Nevertheless, thousands of couples throughout the country live in civil marriages and are quite satisfied with this. So, whether to make relations with a partner legally or continue to live “freely”, solve only a couple of loving people.
