How to fill out the revenue declaration from the sale of property

If you are not an entrepreneur or accountant, you are infrequently faced with tax documents. But if last year you sold the property (apartment or car, for example), it is still necessary to tinker with the tax declaration. How to correctly fill in the declaration?

1
A more difficult path will have to have any access to a computer. Then the declaration form can be bought and then carefully inspect the data into each line of the document. The most convenient way is to establish a special program (you can always download from the official website of the FTS). Since the declarations are constantly updated, look for a fresh version for the relevant year.

2
After installing the program, you must enter the basic data to the "Setting Condition" section. In the "Declaration Type" field, specify 3-NDFLs (filled with tax residents, that is, by persons who have lived in the territory of the Russian Federation 183 days and more by persons who for the period from January 1 to December 31). In the Count "Inspection number", you need to specify the tax service code, registered in which you are (if you do not know, can be found at www.nalog.ru). Further put the digit "0" in the "adjustment number", the line "other individual" - in the column "Sign of the taxpayer". The next graph in need of filling is "income", "there must be noted the line" Revenues from property sales ". In the "Defenseity confirction" field, it is indicated "in person" if you plan to submit documents yourself. Otherwise, the details of a notarial power of attorney are made in the document "Document".

3
Now you can start filling out the section "Declarant Information". Click on the button with documents and specify your passport data as well as the Inn. All information is recommended to make sure exactly as possible, as it is recorded in the certifying documents. After click on the icon with a house and enter the address. If you do not fill out any field (for example, there is no area in the address), leave it empty. The phone number is indicated with codes, the numbers are not separated by docking or spaces.

4
Next, you need to go to the "Revenues received in the Russian Federation" tab. Be sure to make sure you are in a window with a tax rate of 13%. Make information about the source of payments - the buyer of your property. To fill in income graphs, click "+". From the list, select the income code you need "1520", then enter the amount received from the sale of property. The next moment is very important - it is worth choosing a deduction code to correctly (for subsequent compensation of part of the cost of the state). If we are talking about selling the property, which was in the property for less than 3 years, at a price not exceeding 250 thousand rubles, put the code 906. If the term exceeds 3 years, the code 0 - the tax is charged in total. Code 903 is used for cases when the amount exceeds the above, but the owner has owned property of less than 3 years. To confirm the amount of purchase, you can not do without relevant documents. It remains to fill in the "Date of sale" field.

5
Make data on your own income, again by pressing "+" in the "Sources of Payments" window. Taking advantage of information from the certificate of income (you need to get in the accounting department of your company), carefully enter the data on the enterprise. In section 3, income certificates contain your income code. In most cases, this is the code 2000 to be put in the "Income Information" window. Then fill out all the lines by months, the last turn is to lift the amount of income accrued and retained taxes (see them in the line at the bottom of the certificate of income).

6
Now the declaration should be checked (the "Check" button) and print, be sure to two copies.

Remember that in addition to the Declaration in the Tax Inspectorate, other documents relating to the sale of property should be provided.
