The city of Khanty-Mansiysk is the administrative center of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug of Ugra and is located near the merger of the two Siberian rivers-Irtysh and Ob. The city is interesting in that it is carefully kept by the culture of the indigenous peoples of the Khants, the few representatives of which still live in this region are carefully kept. Also, the District of Ugra is the only place in Russia where the taiga reindeer husbandry has still been preserved.

Ancient times, the era, when Yermak came to Siberia, and the other two - the mass development of oil and then gas fields. Having risen to the observation deck, you can enjoy magnificent views of endless Siberian spaces.
