The Tabel himself is one sheet in Excel program, filled electronically either manually on the printed sheet. There are two main ways to fill:

Fill out the file header: specify the name of the organization and the structural unit to which this tabel is issued.

  • From - vacation, which is fully paid;
  • One - payment is additionally;
  • Before - Administrative leave. Salary is not saved;
  • Y - educational ration, in which the zp is preserved, that is, the session;
  • Uv - study without an additional weekend or vacation days;
  • Ud - the time to learn to learn an employee without cash compensation;
  • P is the rest of pregnant women and the birth period;
  • Co. - care for the child;
  • I am an ordinary working shift during the daytime;
  • N - in the night;
  • RV - work on weekends and holidays;
  • C - abbreviated day;
  • VM - worked by the Watch method;
  • B - official days spent on the hospital are monetary;
  • T - without benefits;
  • LCh - short day;
  • Pr - strolled for no reason.

Under field number 5 indicates the number of hours and full days for every half months who worked as an employee.

In the seventh column, special pay species are recorded, most used:

  • 2000 - ordinary labor monthly payments;
  • 2010 - payment under the contract;
  • 2012 - all vacation payments;
  • 2300 - paid and unpaid hospital;
  • 2530 - if the payments are made in a natural form;
  • 2760 - a single allowance for dismissal;
  • 3020 - the entire percentage from deposits.

Subsequent fields are designed to designate the score from which the employee's salary is written off, as well as the number of hours, according to the type of wage type.

The score is indicated by the same in both fields, which indicates that the employee receives holidays and salary from one bank account of the enterprise. In columns 10 - 12 indicates the number of days and hours of the absence of an employee in its place with the code of the cause. In this example, an employee stayed three days on a business trip, as evidenced by the letter "K", and ten on vacation.

Remember that reporting is mandatory and established by law. Blank N T-13 is the most common way for this.
