How to take a house on credit

If you dream to purchase or build a house, but you cannot do this in connection with the lack of funds, use the mortgage lending program. Many banks willingly issue loans to solvent citizens. To get a loan, contact the bank with the required documents.

Some organizations request a certificate from a narcologist and psychiatrist. You will be asked to write a statement. After that, the bank must decide on the possibility of issuing a loan. If the bank decided to give you a loan, ask the consultant to provide a table of calculating its full cost. Note that you will have to pay for the Commissions, interest, renting a bank cell, real estate assessment, insurance premiums, etc. Another important point is to take a loan only in rubles. If you take a loan in another currency, when it falls in relation to the ruble, you will have to pay much more.
