How to get a parcel - Procedure
If everything happens "according to the instructions", the sequence of actions when receiving the parcel will be as follows:
- After the arrival of the parcel to the post office, it is registered. An employee of mail draws up a notice and transmits his postman. Next, the notification is sent to the destination mailbox.
- After that, it is necessary to come to the post office, pre-taking the identity card (passport, military ID or temporary identity card) and notice. If there is no notice, it is enough to tell the track number (if any) parcel.
- In the separation of the addressee fills the received form (notice) - specify your name, passport data - and passes its mail employee. The date and signature in the notice put only after receipt of the departure.
If the addressee cannot come to the mail personally, to get a parcel can another person. In this case, it is necessary to prepare a notarized power of attorney for the right to represent interests.
- After that, there is a search and issuance of the parcel.
- To avoid misunderstandings and unpleasant surprises, it is recommended to immediately inspect the obtained departure for the integrity of the packaging and compliance of the actual weight of the shipment. How to track departure?
The expectation process is perhaps the most painful stage on the way to a cherished goal. The lion's share of parcels is registered departures, each of which is assigned a unique track number. The numeric identifier allows you to track the parcel using the appropriate tracking service.
- If the shipment is registered, it is not necessary to wait for notifications. After tracking the status of the parcel - "arrived at the place of delivery," can be sent for its receipt. In the department, you should inform the track number and provide an identity card.
- If the parcel was not registered, it is recommended to wait for notice. Notification is discharged upon receipt of departure by mail. If, after 5 working days, the addressee did not appear after the premise, the re-notification (f. 22-c) is sent to its address. This document is available on receipt. Further deposit storage will be paid. After the expiration of 30 days, it will be sent back to the sender.
- Even in the absence of notice and numerical identifier, a person has the right to receive his parcel (if you provide certification documents). To do this, you need to ask the mail employee to search for targeted data. Refusal in this request will be unlawful.
Possible problems when receiving departure
What if you discovered damage to the shipping packaging or an explicit mismatch of the stated weight? In this case, it is necessary:
- Notify about the emerging situation of the employee of the post office.
- Open the departure in the presence of it and the responsible employee - the head or chief (it is desirable to produce a video fixation of this moment). Fortunately, not always damaged packaging speaks of the spoiled premise content or its noncomplete.
- Some parcels could be opened in the delivery process by authorized bodies (for example, the customs service). In this case, the packaging should be present on the package, and the filled act of f is made to the disposal itself. 51.
