How to retire early

The main regulatory articles in this issue are 27 and 28 articles of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation "On Labor Pensions in the Russian Federation". According to them, such categories of citizens have the right of early receipt of pension:

The order of early retirement

To begin with, you need to collect a full package of documents specifically for your case and make a statement. Then:

• Bring a statement with documents to the employment service.

Documents for retirement ahead of time

Mandatory for all categories of citizens such a list:

• passport and copies of all his pages;
• all pages of your workbook and their copies;
• military ticket if he is;
• certificate of wages over the past five years of work.

• documents on the assumption of disability;
• or confirming one of your family members - disabled;
• documents confirming your employment experience for an early retirement;

• certificate of the birth of a child and any proof of his upbringing up to eight years inclusive;
