The wine from the gooseberry is one of the varieties of stagnant drinks, which is very similar to the classic wine made from grapes. However, it takes much time for its preparation, and the gooseberry itself is very useful, since it contains vitamin C, which is reflected in its taste properties.

Wine from the gooseberry at home: classic recipe
What is needed to prepare wine from the gooseberry on the classic recipe:
- Gooseberry (any variety) 2.5-3 kg.
- Water 2.5-3 l.
- Sugar 2 kg.
Sequencing:
- Pour 2.5-3 liters of water into an enameled pan and pour sugar into it. Put a saucepan with water and sugar on fire. Turn on the slow fire and wait until the mixture starts to boil. As soon as it happens, start the slow mix all. Cooking the mixture is needed for 10 minutes. After that you need to give the mixture to stand up so that it cooled.
- Take the fruits of the gooseberry and with the help of a blender or ticks chop the berries.
- Put the crushed berries in the cooled mixture of water and sugar. All thoroughly mix, after which cover the saucepan of gauze and let the mixture be broken for 3 days. At this time, you need to put a saucepan in a warm place and mix it three times a day.
