Preparing classic vinaigrette

With the onset of cold weather salad, the vinaigrette becomes more and more likely to decorate our dining table. This is a very simple, lightweight and tasty salad, which is perfect for both those who hold the diet, and those people who hold the post and vegetarian. Moreover, this vitamin salad will even love children, because it contains boiled beets and carrots as the main ingredients, which give sweet notes with a dish, and, as you know, all children can be bribed with something sweet.

His recipe is quite simple. For the preparation of Vinegret on the classic recipe, we take the following ingredients:

  • beets - 2-3 pcs. Small size
  • carrot - 2-3 pcs. medium size
  • potatoes - 4-5 pcs.
  • onions on salads - 1 pc.
  • marinated cucumbers - 3-4 pcs.
  • canned peas - 1 jar (180 g)
  • cabbage sauhana - 150 g
  • salt to taste
  • lean oil - 40-50 ml

Estate directly to cooking:

  1. To begin with drunk beets and carrots. Separately cook potatoes in the uniform. When vegetables were cooled, we clean them from the peel.
  2. Separately cut the cubes of beets, carrots and potatoes.
  3. We take pickled cucumbers, cut in the same way as the rest of the vegetables. Join the extra liquid with them and lay it into a separate container.
  4. Onions purify from husks, my and finely cut.
  5. If the cabbage is too juicy, then we do, as with salty cucumbers - fit an excess liquid.
  6. Next, mix all the prepared components in one container, add green peas to them.
  7. Solim to taste is already almost ready salad and season with vegetable oil. Regarding oil, focus on your taste, you can add it more if desired, and less than the specified number.

Small advice! In order for all the vegetables to be attacked in a salad from beets, do not mix all together. First, add to the beets of vegetable oil, mix carefully, and then add all other ingredients to it.

Variations of cooking Vinegreta

  1. Instead of peas can be placed canned beans in the salad. From this salad will be no less tasty and nutritious.
  2. If you do not like canned cucumbers, you can not add them to salad. In this case, just put two times more sauerkraut. Or, on the contrary, you can not put the cabbage, but add more salted cucumbers.
