• On the right side of the social network page you will have an additional window with a multitude of lines with letters and numbers.

• Among the large number of lines, you need to find a position with the word "surname". If you are left at the left mouse to the corresponding item, then the string is automatically highlighted on the right side.

• To the left mouse button to highlight the string. It is painted in blue. Select the icon over it and click now the right mouse button. As a result, a pop-up menu appears. In the list presented, select the Edit AS HTML section.

How to make patronymic - preservation of the result

• Now the window with the code must have the following form. Conservation will automatically take effect.

• To see the middle name row next to the name and surname, click on any field in the code window. You can find the desired item on the Basic tab on the Personal Data Edit page.

• To appear on the main page of the social network of patronymic, you need to save changes. To do this, enter it into the corresponding window, go down to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.

• If you did everything right, then the message "Changes saved" will appear at the top of the window.

• Now the middle name will appear on your page on the social network. To remove it, just erase in the line in the personal data menu. Or you can use your nickname instead of patience.

Removing the middle name

• If you have changed my mind to add your middle name in VC, then it is also necessary to delete through the code. Open the page with the changes in personal information, find the item "Basic".
• Install the mouse on the "Patronymic" window, then open the pop-up menu (by pressing the right mouse button). Select section View Code. Or simultaneously press the CTRL + SHIFT + I key combination.

• On the left will open the code. To quickly find the desired line in the code, stay on the "patronymic" position. As a result, the code is highlighted in blue.
• In the code row, press the right button on the mouse. In the pop-up menu, select "Edit AS HTML".

• The code will reveal to change. Highlight all signs in blue. Act carefully not to spoil other data on your page in VC. For prompts, look for your middle name among the code, as shown in the screenshot.

• Delete the code completely and click on any window location. Changes will be saved automatically. If you come back to your main page on the social network, then the page "Patronymic" will disappear.

• Sometimes the site administration itself removes this string, as it is not provided for by the social network policy "in contact".

Add patronymic in my own VK profile is possible. To do this, you need to change the page code in the personal information menu. But do it carefully so that the rest of the information remains on the page.
