How to save the config in the COP

Saving your config

To save your config, go to CS GO. When you configured everything there and want to save your config, write to the console such a command: host_writeconfig and write the name of your config through the gap. Then click just ENTER. On this, everything config has been preserved.

How to find a saved config?

Previously, to find the saved config, it was necessary to go to the game folder, go to the KS GO folder, further to the CFG folder and it was there. Now it has changed a little. To find it you need to find a folder in which Steam is installed, for example, I'm located on the way C: \\ Program Files (x86) \\ Steam.

1. Next, we need a daddy called UserData.
2. Open it, then find your Steamid.
3. We go into it, then open the 730 folder, then Local, CFG and in it my config.
4. Opening it and see the contents of the file. Here is the whole config, here are all my links to the buttons in order to buy Kalash, Emca. My configuration file is completely preserved.

How to put someone else's config?

Here, for example, you went to any site, found a config of some player, download it. After downloading the file, we need to open the folder with Steam.

1. Press the right mouse button on the CS GO game in Steam.
2. Next, go into the properties, here you press the "Local Files" button, then "View Local Files".
3. After opening a COUNTER STRIKE folder, go to the CS GO folder, then in CFG, here are all configuration files that use the game. Here in this folder you will need to throw config.
4. Open the downloaded archive with Config, open the folder. All the Config folder in principle we do not need, here the autoexec.cfg file is loaded automatically.
5. Let's rename it and call it autoconf.cfg, then throw it into our folder with CSGO.
6. If we call it just a config and the previous Autoexec file will leave without renaming, then this file is replaced and will be loaded automatically when you start CS GO.
7. In order to download a specific config, write an Exec command into the console, click on the space and select the autoconf config name. As a result, the config of another person booted.

How to check the download of another config?

We go, for example, on the map, there should be a sight. Let's go to the video settings, look at possible changes here, perhaps alert that we have a new subject. In case we take your config, we are looking for the name of your host_writeconfig, press Enter, save. In case we use someone else's config, we write the exec command and then the name of the config.
