The schedule allows you to more clearly present information, show data in dynamics. For its construction, Excel often uses and no reason. It is in this way that can be quickly and without difficulty to build even the most difficult curve, it is deployed to submit data, to trace the trend of changes in the indicator. Only at first glance the process does not seem criminal. In fact, to create graphics here - easier than simple.
Let's start with a simple: an elementary graph of the indicator in Excel
Start acquaintance with the process of creating curves in Excel is necessary with elementary tasks. For example, such: change of one indicator for a certain period of time.
To create the graph, first need to be a table to systematize the source data. Create a table in Excel is also very simple: in one range of cells there will be a breakdown by months, and in the other - numerical indicators.

- Now you can go to the construction of the schedule. To do this, adhere to the algorithm of action.
- First you need to find in the "Insert" panel.
- In the list select "Diagram" - "Schedule".

- "Master Charts" appears on the screen. Sometimes it can be found as an independent element on the panel. This will reduce work for several clicks.
- Select the type of graph, which will be suitable in a case. If you bring the cursor alternately to each view, then the hint pops up, in what cases it is better to use them.

- When an Excel user decides with the type of graphics, click "Next."
- Specify the range of cells, on the basis of which the schedule will be built. To do this, it is necessary to allocate them (in our case, we allocate the month and numeric indicators).
- Now choose "Next" again. A window will now appear on the screen in which you can give the name schedule and its axes. Then confirm the action again.
- Immediately you can "walk" on tabs and add a table of values, for example.

- After that, the user will ask, place a schedule on this leaf Excel or next.

The chart can increase or decrease, move, stretch.
How to build a chart with two (or more) curves in Excel?
If you need to get a graph with 2 (or more) the main indicators, it is also under the EXCEL.
- In this case, it is also first necessary to make a data table. Now it will have a minimum of 3 columns.

- The principle of construction will be the same, but now you should add "Legend" - a description of each schedule. The system automatically generates this element. If you wish, you can rename legend.
- The range will now expand and will include 2 types of indicators.

Building a graph with the addition of an additional axis
If the indicators on the basis of which the schedule should be built are calculated with the same measurement units, then the construct option specified above is suitable. But if, for example, you need to display the price and quantity on one schedule, you should add an additional axis.
The algorithm of action is very similar to the simple design of the schedule for two indicators.

Now you should select the curve, click the right mouse button, after - "format of a number of data" - "parameters of the row" - "by auxiliary axis".

To visually delimit different indicators, you can use different types of curves. The "Change Diagram Type" item will help in this (right mouse key, specify another type of construction and confirm manipulation).

Excel gives great opportunities to build graphs of various types. The process is understood after the first manipulations, the schedule is easy to change, adding another color of the fill or changing the font.
