Pancakes on the water - the simplest recipe

If there was no milk in the refrigerator, and you started the preparation of pancakes, then this is an original Russian dish on water. Of course, pancakes will not be so fragrant as dairy, but will also be delicious. So, to create pancakes on the water you need to prepare the following set of products:

  • 1 cup of warm water (250 ml.);
  • 1 cup flour;
  • 1 tbsp. l. oils (sunflower, and better to take creamy);
  • 1 chicken egg;
  • 1 tbsp. l. Sahara;
  • a pinch of salt;
  • chipping tears or 1/4 l. Soda, redeemed vinegar.

If you have everything you need for pancakes, you can proceed to the preparation of a pancake dough:

  1. First you need to warm the water so that it is warm (but not hot).
  2. In the appearance, break the egg and beat him a little, add water here.
  3. Add salt, sugar, flour into the mixture.
  4. Here they are squeezing the baking powder or repressed soda.
  5. It remains to add creamy or sunflower oil, after which we give the test for 30-40 minutes.

After this time, you can only lubricate the pancake for pancakes and split it. Further, fry pancakes from both sides, but no longer lubric oil frying pan. Serve pancakes with favorite fillings, honey or jam.

Damn dough on kefir

At kefir, pancakes do as often as on milk. On this basis, you can prepare no less tasty and beautiful pancakes with minimal use of ingredients. So, use in the cooking process will be the following list of ingredients:

  • a glass of kefir of any fat content (250 ml.);
  • flour - 1 tbsp. (250 g);
  • chicken eggs - 2 pcs. (if the eggs are large, then one is enough);
  • warm water - 1 tbsp.;
  • butter creamy (melted) or sunflower - 1-2 tbsp. l.;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • salt - pinch;
  • soda - pinch.
  1. We hit manually or with a blender egg with sugar and salt. I am not fond of the process, the lush foam is not needed, it is quite thorough mixing the mass.
  2. We pour kefir to the eggs, it is advisable to get it from the refrigerator before that it is not too cold.
  3. In the kefir-egg mass, we add water, after that we snatch the flour and thoroughly mix the dough.
  4. Finally, it remains to add soda and oil, mix and let it stand about half an hour.

Next, you can proceed to the frying pancakes on a well-hot frying pan. Be sure to do not forget to lubricate the oil in front of the first pancake, after that it is not necessary to lubricate - the dough contains a sufficient amount of oil so that the pancakes do not burn and do not stick.
