Furatcilina tablets (nitrofural) occupy one of the leading places among antiseptic and antimicrobial drugs. They effectively cope with numerous bacteria, which are resistant to other similar drugs. This harmless tool is available in each pharmacy, and its creators earned numerous positive feedback. The use of nitrofural tablets directly depends on certain signs of the disease and technology for the preparation of the solution.
Pay attention to the dosage
When buying a drug in the pharmacy, pay attention to the dosage of nitrofural in one tablet. This means is available at 10 and 20 mg of the active ingredient. Usually for the solution use the second dosage. One capsule is dissolved in 100 ml of water. This dosage of furacin can be replaced by 2 tablets of 10 mg of the concentration dissolved in a similar volume of fluid.
Preparation of solution
- Boil water (100 ml) and cool it to 60-80º C.
- Thoroughly grind a tablet with a mortar. This effect can be achieved by hitting the packaging with a hammer or another heavy item without removing the tablets from it.
- Pull the yellow powder into a warm liquid and mix until complete dissolution. The resulting solution will acquire a bright yellow color, but will remain transparent.
- At this stage, the medicine is not yet ready for use, it needs to be cooled to room temperature.
- The cooked solution can be stored up to 10 days in the refrigerator, since it retains its healing properties.
We save from the pathology of the throat
Furaticiline is considered an effective tool to help fight various throat pathologies. This drug is able to quickly stop the growth of harmful microorganisms. The furaticiline solution is prepared similarly to clause 2. It is stored in the refrigerator with a tightly closed lid. For rinse procedure, only a warm solution is allowed. Cold liquid provokes an increase in inflammation, and the hot can lead to a problem of the problem throat.
Therapeutic solution for washing the nose
The drug will help to cope with the sinusitis and other inflammatory processes in the nasophaling, and will also stop the growth of bacteria.
- As usual, 1 medication tablet (20 mg) is distributing in 100 ml of water.
- Since the therapeutic solution is washed with a nasopherler 4-5 times a day, it is recommended to increase the dose of 5 times (5 tablets by 0.5 liters of fluid).
- The solution is prepared similarly to clause 2.
- Remember that the rinsing of the nose is carried out at room temperature (40º C), so heated fluid each time to the desired temperature.
Treatment of eye inflammation
The described drug is used in the treatment of purulent eye inflammation. The dosage of the solution is ordinary, however, additional preparation is needed for the eye application:
- The prepared solution should be skipped through several layers of gauze to filter the tiny particles of nitrofuras.
- When used, heaver or cool the solution to a temperature of 37º C.
Features of the preparation of the wound processing solution
The concentration of furacin and the preparation method is similar to clause 2. Any wound requires absolute sterility, so it is necessary to comply with the basic rules of preparation of the drug:
- After complete dissolution of tablets, the liquid is additionally boiled 25-30 minutes.
- Pour the medicine into another sterile container and cover tightly.
Signs of unsuitability of the solution
Improper storage (constant heating) may cause damage to the solution. The brown shade of the liquid signals the unsuitability of the medication. The solution is poured and prepare a new composition.
A furaciline solution is considered an absolutely harmless drug that is used everywhere in pregnant women and children.
