Baursaki by ancient recipe

  • Stage 6 - after a specified period of time, get the dough, mix several times and leave it for another 40 minutes. (the dough should be even more air and increase in volume);
  • 7 Stage - the working surface is generously sprinkled with flour, shift the dough and roll up with a rolling pin to a thickness of 5-8 mm.;
  • 8 Stage - we take a glass and cut the circles from the test (about 50 circles are approximately);
  • 9 Stage - mugs cover with dense marks or a towel for 30 minutes (mugs should increase in volume and "climb");
  • 10 Stage - in a deep pan or saucepan heat the vegetable oil and fry mugs in the fryer (they must be completely immersed in the oil, but do not touch the bottom);
  • 11 Stage - Fry Baursaki before the formation of golden color, hot baking shifting on paper so that it absorbs excess oil.

You can apply warm or cooled.

Baursaki in Kazan

Traditionally, Baursaki is preparing in Kazan. Tasty and satisfying cakes will enjoy all family members. They can be prepared on this recipe.

Required ingredients:

  • kefir 1% fatty - 0.5 l.;
  • flour - 800-900 g;
  • salt cook - 1 tsp;
  • egg - 2 pcs;
  • dough breakner - 1 tsp;
  • sugar sand - 5 tbsp.;
  • vegetable oil - for frying.

For the preparation of Baursak on this recipe, the opara is not needed.
