This situation is fully regulated by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 24, 2002 No. 555 and Article 13 of the Federal Law "On Labor Pensions in the Russian Federation". How to confirm the work experience in testimony
It should be immediately noted that this type of confirmation is possible only for those periods when you have not yet been registered as an insurance face. It works only to confirm the fact of your work to confirm military service, study and other activities, it does not fit. If your confirmation documents are lost on man-made reasons
Initially, you will submit a written application for assigning you experience in testimony. Submit these documents to them:
- A document from the municipal authority, where the disaster actually occurred, which destroyed your evidence; It must confirm the exact date and place, necessarily the nature of the technogenic catastrophe, for example, collaps, fires, floodings;
- The employer's document, which confirms the fact of the loss of a document on your work, due to the above technogenic accident, as well as the full impossibility of their recovery;
- A certificate from the archival municipal or state body, indicating in the absence of any data on the period of your activity in the enterprise, according to which testimony gives.
After that, you will only have to wait for the decision of the FIU at your place of residence within two weeks.
If your confirmation documents are lost for other reasons
In this case, you attach almost the same documents. The main are:
- Application, including testimony.
- Documents from archives that your documents cannot be restored.
- You must specify the exact duration of the employment experience, and the witnesses confirm this in writing, supporting their passport data.
Remember that the Witnesses are fully responsible for what they write and as subscribe to the documents.
How to confirm the work experience in documentary facts
To the application, attach absolutely all documents that can confirm your work at the specified enterprise for a temporary segment. Certificates, hospital sheets, checks, receipts of workers, other paper media are suitable.
It will be more difficult to solve the issue of activity on which a pensioner is put on a retirement retirement, since the verification of this parameter is much painful and more detailed. You can write two statements at once: in one attach all testimony, and in another documentary confirmation of the earlier. This will slightly increase the chance of receiving the experience.
Note that:
- Confirmation of the experience of the testimony of your witnesses cannot be the most demanded work experience, for the period 2017, it is ten years.
- Writing testimony is accepted only from the age from which the citizen is allowed to sign an employment contract. That is, 18 years old.
