  • After that, the main essence of the service note is laid out. It is desirable to file all the information as short as possible and it is clear that the document does not become a kind of rus.
  • At the bottom of the document, the date is indicated (if it was not specified in the title), as well as the name and initials of the addressee.

A feature of electronic service notes is their even more arbitrary form than classic. However, for the best perception, it is better to leave the structure about which we spoke in the past paragraph.
