There is no strict dresser in court if you are not a civil servant or judge. But the clothes are better to choose in a business style, to be considered clean and neat. This will show your respect for the process and its participant.

When the judge enters the meeting room, it is necessary to get up. Also, only standing, statements are made, oral appeals to the court are given explanations and indications. There are exceptional cases when the presiding chase can give permission not to rise. As a rule, this is due to the state of the health of the participant of the lawsuit. But on shooting, a reproducing image (photo and video), you need a direct indication of court permission. Therefore, it is necessary to prohibit the use of a voice recorder if necessary, no one has right. Mobile phones in the courtroom better disable or translate into silent mode.

You have the right to ask the Court to break for consultation with your lawyer if such a need arose. Submitted applications at the very beginning of the process when the judge will ask about their availability. Also, only after the permission of the judge, you can ask questions, clarifications and additions to the case.
